Well... It's been a week and a few days since my second foot surgery and I'm going to start venturing out into the world bit by bit. My mother came and helped me and M by cooking and schlepping, doing laundry and forcing me to wash my hair when it got really disgusting. We had a good time, also, watching movies and old episodes of
West Wing.
Mom's very crafty and made no less than SEVEN quilt tops in a week, plus a few other project, plus fixed a few pairs of pants for me, plus we started a duct tape dress form for her.
You heard me. Boy oh boy does she get stuff done.
I spent most of the time holding my cat.
