One of my oldest and best friends got married over the weekend - the wedding was in
Marfa, Texas and so much fun. We were all staying in an old hotel with a courtyard - with everyone in the same place it was like a days-long party. It was a beautiful, multi-cultural ceremony and reception with a tejano band you would not believe. A. was a gorgeous bride in a dress approx. 200 years old (!!!!) She couldn't be more dear to my heart and I feel really blessed to have her (and her whole family) in my life.
Felicidades, A & O!
Aside from the wedding festivies, we also got to see the local
Donald Judds and the famed "
Marfa Lights".

Wow! I didn't know she was getting married this spring. How exciting! Nice dress for you too!
A beautiful bride and best friend! Looks like a great weekend; very nice!
Sounds great! Are there any more pictures of the party? I want to see what a 200 year-old wedding dress looks like.
Congratulations to Amber and her husband, he's one lucky man! Beautiful picture of two friends that I think that goes back to middle school days, you 2 are so blessed to have each other.
You both look beautiful. I hope we get a chance to sit and enjoy a good long chat about your weekend soon. Amber deserves a marriage as wonderful as yours. I'm so glad you got to share her special day with her.
Aw! I just read this - thank you! It meant everything that you were there. And I'm so glad you all had a good time. Now I get to have all this photo fun!
